It's time to explore the whimsical universe of furry monsters and become part of the journey during "MrKreme: The Furryways Asia Tour", which makes its first stop at Parc Paragon of Siam Paragon, until July 19, before it will go to major cities across Asia.
Hailed as the world's first multi-sensory art experience, the exhibition invites visitors to engage with art beyond traditional viewing through the giant furry monster sculptures by Thai-Hong Kong contemporary artist MrKreme, who previously brought immersive art experiences and moments of joy to audiences across five of Thailand's leading tourist destinations.
Inspired by public transportation systems and the dynamic spirit of logistics in modern metropolises, the exhibition brings his beloved characters -- Mushkin, Rosado, Corkin, Gally and Odey -- who reimagine a simulated underground metro station as a vibrant space filled with joy, playfulness and meaningful human connection.
Visitors can explore, photograph, touch and interact with the lovable artworks at six immersive experience stations filled with interactive activities and engaging installations.
The adventure begins at "Token Terminal", an interactive game zone featuring playful challenges such as Kooky Road Cross and Kooky Rush Hour inspired by the energy and fun-filled chaos of an urban underground transit system.
The journey continues to "Tumbling Terminal", a family-friendly play area designed for children and families to move, play and let their imaginations run free. They will also enjoy a welcoming encounter with Odey.
Along the way, "The Munchie Metro" offers a relaxing stop to recharge amid the whimsical world of the furry monsters before proceeding to the next destination, "Time Bubble Transit", a gallery showcasing a curated selection of MrKreme's masterworks.
This station allows visitors to explore the artist's inspirations, creative vision, and the stories behind the works, tracing the evolution of "The Furryways" from its earliest beginnings to its expansion into the Asia Tour.
Another highlight is "Wormie Bogie", a one-of-a-kind train carriage inspired by the iconic New York City subway. Reimagining an ordinary commute as an extraordinary adventure, the installation features immersive photo opportunities that invite visitors to step inside and become part of the journey.
The experience concludes at "Souvenirs Vault" where visitors can browse an exclusive collection of MrKreme merchandise and a curated selection of limited-edition art toys and collectables, allowing them to take home a lasting memento of the journey.
The exhibition runs daily from 10.30am to 9pm. After Bangkok, it will be touring Seoul, Hong Kong, Jakarta, Tokyo and Taipei.
