NCR, 5 neighboring areas face power cuts this week

SOME areas in the National Capital Region (NCR) and provinces of Batangas, Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna and Rizal will experience power outages this week due to scheduled maintenance work, power distributor Meralco said on Sunday.

In Metro Manila or NCR, Brgy. Holy Spirit and Brgy. Fairview will have no power on March 10 between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. due to line reconstruction work and pole replacement along Republic Ave. in Brgy. Holy Spirit.

Some parts of Santa Quiteria in Caloocan City and the whole of Rivera Compound in Brgy. Baesa, Quezon City will have no electricity from March 11-12 between 11 p.m. and 5 a.m. for line reconductoring work and replacement of power facilities along Reparo Road in Sta. Quiteria.

Also in Caloocan City, some areas in Pilarville 3 Subdivision, and properties in Sterling Phase 1 and Phase 2 Subdivision in Deparo will have no power from March 11-12 between 11 p.m. and 4:30 a.m. due to the replacement of electric poles and conversion of facilities along Diamante St. in Deparo.

In the provinces, some parts of the villages of San Luis and Sta. Elena in Sto. Tomas City, Batangas and some service areas in Brgy. Bitin, Bay, Laguna will experience power interruptions on March 10 between 10 a.m. and 30 p.m. due to the relocation of power facilities along Rizal Blvd. in Brgy. San Luis, Sto. Tomas City.

In Laguna, some areas in the villages of Real and Turbina in Calamba can expect power interruptions on March 10 between 12:01 a.m. and 5 a.m. due to relocation of facilities and line reconstruction works in Brgy. Real.

In Bulacan, some areas in Brgy. Tikay, Malolos City and also in Brgy. Sta. Rita, Guiguinto will have power cuts on March 10 between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. due to the relocation of some facilities in Cyberville Subd., Brgy. Sta. Rita and also in Brgy. Tikay.

Some areas in the villages of Bagong Barrio and Cupang in Pandi, Bulacan will have no power supply on March 11 between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. due to the installation of electricity facilities along Sayo and Palanas Sts. in Brgy. Bagong Barrio, Pandi.

In Cavite, some portions of The Istana Subd. in Brgy. Malagasang 1-E, Areas Green Gate Subd., Brgy. Malagasang 2-A, locations of Green Estate Phase 1 Subd. in Brgy. Malagasang 1-G, and a portion of Green Place Homes 2 Subd. in Brgy. Malagasang 2-A, all in Imus City, will experience short power interruptions on March 10 between 8:15 a.m. and 8:45 a.m., between 11 a.m. and 11:45 a.m., between 8 a.m. and 8:30 a.m., and between 11:15 a.m. and 12:00 noon, respectively, because of line reconstruction work.

Still in Imus, the whole of Tierra Vista Homes in Brgy. Malagasang 2-B and the whole of Villa Susana Homes and Aguirre Subd. in the villages of Malagasang 1-F and Malagasang 2-A will have short power interruptions on March 11 between 10:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m., and between 1:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m., respectively, also due to line reconstruction work.

Some areas in the villages of Salinas 1 and Salinas 2 in Bacoor, Cavite will have short power interruptions on March 11 between 11 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. due to line reconstruction work along Salinas St. in Brgy. Salinas 1.

Still in Bacoor, a portion of Capt. M. Sarino St. from Gen. Evangelista St. to Sgt. E. Gavino St. in Brgy. Mabolo 1 will also experience short power outages on March 12 between 1 a.m. and 1:30 a.m. due to line reconstruction work along Capt. M. Sarino St. in Brgy. Mabolo 1.

In General Trias, Cavite, some areas in Il Giardino Subd. Phase 1 and Phase 2, and some parts of Buenavista Townhomes Subd. Phase 1 and Phase 2, together with Sitio Julugan, in Brgy. Buenavista 1, will have short power outages on March 12 between 10 a.m. and 11 a.m. and between 1 p.m. and 2 p.m., respectively, due to line reconstruction work.

Lastly, some parts of Brgy. Cuyambay in Tanay, Brgy. San Jose, Antipolo City, and Brgy. Pinugay, Baras in Rizal, will have no power on March 12 between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. due to line reconductoring work along Marcos Highway.
