Three-time PBA Best Import Rondae Hollis-Jefferson is back in the Philippines.

But the left-handed NBA veteran will not be playing for TNT in the PBA Season 50 Commissioner’s Cup.

The Tropang 5G already  have 7-foot-3 South Sudanese Bol Bol serving as the team’s import for the ongoing tournament.

The former Brooklyn Nets forward, however, went to the team’s practice sesssion on Thursday to show his support for Bol and the Tropang 5G.

TNT’s official social media account posted two photos showing RHJ talking with Bol during the team’s practice.

“RHJ has arrived in order to guide Bol and give importance pieces of advise regarding his responsibilities as import of the TNT Tropang 5G as they enter the critical part of the conference,” the TNT social media team wrote in its post.

The 31-year-old Hollis-Jefferson is still recovering from surgery after tearing his Achilles while playing as import of the Meralco Bolts in the East Asia Super League home-and-away game last December.

The sweet-shooting former Arizona Wildcat led the Tropang 5G to back-to-back Governors’ Cup titles as well as last season’s Commissioner’s Cup.
