The inaugural Miss Grand International All Stars allows multiple contestants per country, including transwomen, aged 20 to 40, regardless marital status.
A 'fully open scoring system' will be used, allowing real-time visibility of scores for judges, contestants, and public, enhancing transparency.
The scoring composition includes 70% from judges and 30% from audience votes, with a unique K-System ensuring fairness and eliminating inflated scores.
