MANILA, PhilippinesSinger-songwriter Charlie Puth is bringing his "Whatever's Clever!" world tour to Manila following the release of his fourth album of the same name.

Concert promoter Live Nation Philippines announced yesterday that Charlie would perform in front of his Filipino fans anew this October 14 at the Mall of Asia Arena.

"Memories follow me left and right, and this one's about to be your favorite," the promoter captioned the post, referencing the singer's collab track with BTS member Jungkook.

Charlie last visited the Philippines in 2018 for his "Voicenotes" tour which promoted his second album led by the singles "Attention" and "How Long."

An artist presale of tickets will take place on April 20 from 12 noon onwards followed by a Mastercard presale the next day running for 24 hours starting 10 a.m.

Live Nation Philippines will have its own presale on April 22 beginning noon while the general selling of tickets will begin the next day, also at noon, via the SM Tickets website and outlets nationwide.

The tour is to support his "Whatever's Clever!" album released last month through Atlantic Records.

"I had to take a closer look at myself to make this record and sing about things I normally wouldn't sing about," Charlie said about the album. "Audiences knew my music more than they knew me because I never really gave them a chance to know me. This is the chance."

Singles from the album include last year's "Changes," "Beat Yourself Up," "Home," and most recently "Sideways."

Charlie is also best known for "One Call Away," "Light Switch," "See You Again" with Wiz Khalifa, "Marvin Gaye" with Meghan Trainor, "Done For Me" with Kehlani, and "We Don't Talk Anymore" with Selena Gomez which he wrote while in Manila during a 2016 visit.
