On the afternoon of October 18th, a reporter from Construction Newspaper was present on the coastal road section passing through Nghe An province.
The sign indicates a maximum speed limit of 40km/h at kilometer 49.
According to observations, the road has now been put into use, and the volume of people and vehicles on it is quite high.
The new road has a smooth surface and a complete safety system, allowing vehicles to easily travel at high speeds. However, there are currently quite a few speed limit signs along the route, restricting the maximum speed to only 40-50 km/h.
