Weather forecast for Hanoi and other areas across the country.
According to VTV's long-term weather forecast, the North will continue its unusually hot weather in October. Conversely, the South Central and Southern regions will experience heavy rainfall.
In the Northern region, the weather will continue to be dry with strong sunshine and hotter temperatures. In Hoan Kiem ward (Hanoi) and many other wards, temperatures will generally range from 32-34 degrees Celsius.
The hot weather persisted into Wednesday, but on Thursday a weak cold front passed, bringing light rain showers and a slight drop in temperature of 1-2 degrees. The temperature in Hanoi fell to 32 degrees.
