One of the most popular vegetarian food channels is the YouTube channel Dzoãn Cẩm Vân, run by culinary expert Nguyễn Dzoãn Cẩm Vân. Originally a renowned chef, Cẩm Vân has now shaved her head and shifted her focus to showcasing the finest aspects of vegetarian cuisine through her personal channel on social media. Over 500 vegetarian recipes, ranging from simple to complex, have been researched and shared by Cẩm Vân. Examples include simple fried rice to Tai Chi fried rice, or themed meals representing the three regions of Vietnam, the Vu Lan festival, and more. Cẩm Vân's vegetarian food channel is not only rich in content but also detailed in its preparation, with many dishes meticulously researched based on scientific principles , lifestyles, and customs of different regions.

Similarly, the YouTube channel "Eating Vegetarian with Nhi," managed by Duong Yen Nhi, who has been a vegetarian for over a decade, currently has over 203,000 followers and nearly 600 videos sharing how to prepare vegetarian dishes in daily life. Yen Nhi not only shares a fresh perspective on plant-based eating but also diversifies the ways to prepare vegetarian dishes, from everyday meals to dishes for picnics or unique and artistic vegetarian banquets. Yen Nhi shares specific recipes so viewers can easily prepare dishes flexibly according to their preferences.

Meanwhile, Thao Nguyen's YouTube channel, "Mother of the Countryside," offers viewers authentic vegetarian cuisine from the Southwestern region of Vietnam. The vegetarian recipes on Thao Nguyen's channel are familiar and easy to follow, using ingredients found in her home garden, such as young jackfruit stewed in coconut milk, vegetarian patties wrapped in turmeric leaves, pomegranate salad, and stir-fried broccoli with salt. Each video is 2-5 minutes long, concise, and easy for viewers to learn how to make. The channel currently has over 223,000 followers and more than 1,000 videos sharing unique vegetarian dishes.

Besides purely Vietnamese vegetarian dishes, Duc Nguyen's YouTube channel, Ducan Kitchen, offers viewers a diverse fusion of Asian and European vegetarian cuisine. Using a combination of European and Vietnamese ingredients, the dishes on Ducan Kitchen are elegant and sophisticated, reminiscent of high-end restaurants. The appeal of Ducan Kitchen also lies in its creativity in using plant-based ingredients, such as turmeric milk and Greek yogurt made from soy milk, contributing to the diversity in vegetarian cooking methods.

These YouTube cooking channels not only share delicious and nutritious vegetarian recipes but also inspire healthy, environmentally friendly living. Interspersed within the cooking videos are tutorials on how to use ingredients efficiently and in a green, circular, and eco-friendly way.
