In the week ending Sunday alone (after its release the previous Friday), this action series quickly garnered 6.4 million views. It also entered the top 10 trending lists in 48 countries and territories, including major markets such as South Korea, Singapore, Türkiye, and Egypt.

Adapted from the popular webtoon "Get Schooled," the drama revolves around a group of inspectors from the " Education Rights Protection Bureau" (a fictional organization). With strong backing from Minister of Education Choi Gang-seok (played by Lee Sung-min), who firmly believes the agency exists not to oppose students but to punish bullies, the inspectors, played by Kim Mu-yeol, Jin Ki-joo, and Pyo Ji-hoon (PO member of the K-pop group Block B), work together to teach school bullies a lesson they deserve.

Besides "Teach You a Lesson," the Korean film and television wave this past week also saw a strong dominance with four more entries in Netflix's top 10. Specifically, the dramas "My Royal Nemesis," "The Wonderfools," and "Sold Out on You" shared the 2nd, 4th, and 9th positions respectively. Meanwhile, the reality entertainment show "Jae-seok's B&B Rules!" rounded out at number 10. In other news, the English-language film "KPop Demon Hunters" continued its enduring popularity, holding the 10th position, marking its 51st consecutive week in the global top 10.
