AccuWeather forecasts that from around November 2nd to 9th, Hanoi and some neighboring areas will experience localized heavy rain, with temperatures tending to decrease due to the influence of a weak cold front combined with upper-level wind convergence.
According to the meteorological agency, the area from Thanh Hoa to Hue and the South Central coastal region will continue to experience scattered showers and thunderstorms in some places in the coming days, with sunny days in many areas.
The Central Highlands and Southern regions will experience hot and sunny weather during the day, except on the evening of October 31st, when the Southern region and Lam Dong province will have scattered showers and thunderstorms with rainfall generally ranging from 15-30mm, and locally heavy rain exceeding 70mm.
