The Ministry of Education and Training has released Circular No. 89/2026/TT-BGD&ĐT to amend evaluation regulations for primary, secondary, and high school students.
This new Circular updates previous regulations from Circular No. 27/2020 and Circular No. 22/2021, enhancing the assessment framework for students.

The Ministry of Education and Training has just issued Circular No. 89/2026/TT-BGD&ĐT amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Regulations on evaluating primary school students (issued together with Circular No. 27/2020/TT-BGD&ĐT dated September 4, 2020) and the Regulations on evaluating secondary school and high school students (issued together with Circular No. 22/2021/TT-BGD&ĐT dated July 20, 2021) of the Minister of Education and Training. The Circular takes effect from December 1, 2026.
