The State Appraisal Council approved the appraisal report for the Bảo Hà - Tân Phong expressway project with a unanimous vote from all members.
The project, valued at 50,990 billion VND, is now eligible for government approval under specific regulations outlined in a recent decree.

The State Appraisal Council has just submitted Report No. 413/BC-HĐTĐNN to the Government on the results of the appraisal of the pre-feasibility study report for the Bảo Hà - Lai Châu expressway construction project, Bảo Hà - Tân Phong section.

Accordingly, all 11/11 members of the State Appraisal Council voted to approve the Appraisal Report, achieving a 100% approval rate, with 6 members agreeing but also providing additional comments.

With this result, the appraisal report is eligible for approval according to Clause 5, Article 4 of Government Decree No. 19/2026/ND-CP dated January 14, 2026, which stipulates that at least two-thirds of the members of the State Appraisal Council must agree.
