Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee Truong Viet Dung recently signed Decision No. 5794/QD-UBND dated October 15, 2026, on the promulgation of "Service fees for parking bicycles, motorbikes, and cars temporarily used on roads and sidewalks invested with state budget funds in the city."
