According to Carscoops , state patrol officers in the U.S. annually gather for a competition to determine which state has the most aesthetically pleasing police car.
For the past three years, Florida has consistently won. This winning streak seemed to be coming to an end, but ultimately, Florida staged a spectacular comeback to continue being the state with the most beautiful police car in the United States for the fourth consecutive year.
The Association of American State Patrol Officers (AAST), after receiving more than 360,000 votes from across the country, has announced the results of its 13th annual "Best-Looking Patrol Car" contest.
Michigan led for most of the race, but the Florida Highway Patrol's media team "accelerated" in the final stretch, helping the black and sand-yellow Ford Mustang secure a spectacular victory.

Florida finished the contest with 52,249 votes, far surpassing Michigan's 37,654 when the voting closed. Georgia came in third with 34,933 votes, with Ohio and Kentucky making up the remaining top five.
A total of 360,433 votes were cast across all participating states. Oregon received the fewest votes, with only 185.
This result means Florida has once again won the award for Best Police Patrol Car. The winning photo will also appear on the cover of the "Best Police Patrol Cars in America" wall calendar for 2027.
Reportedly, the proceeds from the calendar sales will be used to support the U.S. State Patrol Association Fund, which provides educational scholarships to the children of member patrol officers.
The Carscoops website humorously commented that if this winning streak continues in the future, the organizers should perhaps start considering using the name Florida for the calendar.
