Through the traffic surveillance camera system on the Phap Van - Cau Gie - Ninh Binh - Thanh Hoa expressway, the Highway Traffic Police Team No. 3 (Department 6, Traffic Police Department) detected many cases of vehicles traveling at high speeds but not maintaining a safe distance from the vehicle in front.
According to the recorded images, numerous cars, buses, and trucks were seen traveling in a long line on the highway. Notably, despite the clear road surface, the vehicles maintained a relatively close distance, disproportionate to their speed.
