MG Motor Philippines will participate in the Philippine International Motor Show (PIMS) 2026 under the theme “The Next Wave Continues,” following its earlier showcase at the Manila International Auto Show this year.
The brand is set to reveal new electrified vehicles and upcoming models at the event, which runs from June 4 to 7, 2026. The announcement aligns with the broader PIMS 2026 theme, “Forward In Every Drive.”

MG plans to expand on its existing Hybrid+ and New Energy Vehicle lineup, which has been gaining traction in the local market. At the MG Pavilion, visitors can expect product reveals covering hybrid and fully electric models, along with interactive displays, customer engagement zones, test drives, and event-exclusive promotions.
“The Next Wave Continues represents MG’s ongoing journey toward the future of mobility,” said Wei Wei Zhang, President of MG Motor Philippines. “Our goal remains clear: to provide Filipino customers with innovative, accessible, and globally competitive mobility solutions that evolve with their needs.”
As for the vehicles teased in the photo provided by MG Philippines, they appear to be launching (or previewing) the MG4 EV Urban, the MG RX9 PHEV, and another electrified crossover, most likely the MG HS Plug-In Hybrid.
We will only know for sure during the Philippine International Motor Show 2026, which will be held from June 4 to 7, 2026.
